A tenant that serves a notice to vacate agrees that the unit will no longer be available to them on the date they are vacating. Should a tenant wish to remain with Redcon then they must complete the "Cancellation of Notice to Vacate" form If the current unit is available at the time of application the tenant will remain in the unit however if the unit is left then the tenant will have to select a new unit.
